If you experience problems with VAC, first please try to find a solution in its user manual.

Only English and Russian languages are fully supported in communication. You can try to write in your own language, and I will use a computer translator to translate your text to English, but I can reply only in English, and you will need to translate the reply back.

Support requests are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
